The municipal office is increasing its services from 20 April
Radotín Town Hall, which is fully functioning during the state of emergency, is opening all its workplaces from 20 April. However, based on the recommendation of the Czech Ministry of Health, there will be special procedures in place and increased hygienic conditions.
The clear-out has begun at Koruna
This year and next year a big change will be made to Radotín’s cultural amenities. The inner courtyard behind Koruna will be transformed into a cultural and community centre, which will not only become a meeting place, but there will also be a project to house and expand the Klement Slavický Elementary Art School, the Halfway House and the Czech Police.
Traffic restrictions to optimise the railway are beginning
On March 9, the underpass under the railway bridge in Karlická Street in Radotín will close. The main thoroughfare through Radotín will therefore be closed until 10 December 2020. The restrictions are due to the construction of the “Optimisation of the Prague-Smíchov - Černošice line”.
An indoor swimming pool has officially opened in Radotín
On Monday, 2 September, an indoor swimming pool was officially opened in the presence of the Prague City councillor Vít Šimral, Senator Pavel Fischer and representatives of the Prague 16 City District Karel Hanzlík and Miroslav Knotek.
Radotín supports leisure activites
The City District of Prague 16 will support leisure, sporting and cultural projects with a sum of almost 1.1 million crowns. The allocation of grants was approved by the Assembly of the City District of Prague 16 at its session on 25 March.
Metropolitan police presents awards
The ceremony, at which the Metropolitan Police of the City of Prague rewarded above-standard cooperation and work over the long-term, was held in Prague Zbraslav on Tuesday 26 March.
People appreciate the town hall’s work
For a further four years Radotín Town Hall will be led by the Civic Democratic Party (ODS). The local association, Radotín ODS, was a convincing winner in October’s municipal elections receiving 72.36 percent of the votes.
Local assembly and Senate elections
Elections to the Senate of the Parliament of the Czech Republic, to the assemblies of the City Districts of Praha 16, Praha – Zbraslav, Praha – Velká Chuchle, Praha – Lipence and Praha – Lochkov and elections to the Prague City Assembly will be held at the beginning of October 2018.
